At UGS INTERNATIONAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
07-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 07-day money-back guarantee on most items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 07 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- A invoice copy of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable due to health and safety reasons or because they are custom-made. These include:
- Helmets (if the seal has been broken), Plastic Items, Mirror etc
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Intimate apparel
- Downloadable software products
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs. (Terms & conditions applied)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
